Responsibilities :
- Utilize your expert knowledge ofvarious cruise lines destinations and travel packages to assistclients in selecting the perfect cruise experience tailored totheir preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withclients providing personalized recommendations and addressing anyinquiries or concerns they may have throughout theirjourney.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in thecruise industry and continually update your knowledge of newdestinations onboard activities and travel regulations to provideclients with accurate and uptodateinformation.
- Manage the entire booking process includingcoordinating reservations processing payments and ensuring allnecessary documentation is completed accurately andefficiently.
- Collaborate with cruise line representativesand other travel partners to secure the best possible rates andexclusive offers for yourclients.
Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age orolder
- Mustbe legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates.
- Excellent organizational and time managementskills with the ability to work efficiently in a remotesetting.
