Gastroenterologist Opportunity – Full-Time | Boston Suburbs | Established Private Practice in Framingham, MA

Gastro Health  is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible  Gastroenterologist  to join our well-established practice in  Framingham, Massachusetts , just outside of Boston. This is a  physician-led GI group  offering stability, clinical autonomy, and a fast track to partnership.

Practice Highlights

Join a thriving team of 9 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers

Endoscopy center, care center, and hospital all within walking distance

In-house services : infusion, pathology lab, FibroScan, and diagnostic ultrasound

Single-hospital call : 1 : 12 weekends / 1 : 10 weekdays, supported by APPs

Teaching and clinical research opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

(Based on experience and productivity)

Base Salary :  $450,000 - $500,000 per year

Signing Bonus :  $50,000 - $75,000, paid at commencement of employment

Productivity Bonus :  Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production

CME Allowance :  Up to $5,000 per year for approved courses and expenses

Transition Bonus :  $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
