• Seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to provide Locum / Locum to Perm coverage
• Dates of Coverage : Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers
• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00-close (close at 4 : 30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
• Average Number of Patients per Day : 8-10
• Documentation System / EMR : Systoc
• Number of Exam Rooms : 5
• Number of Physicians in Practice : 1
• Description of Support Staff : RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
• Required Duties : Pre-Employment Physicals, Return-to Duty Testing, DOT Physicals, workers compensation injury care
