Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with strong attention to detail to join the team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage various aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Your efforts will ensure accurate financial records and timely cash flow management.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Apply incoming payments to appropriate accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and contact clients to collect overdue payments.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Address and resolve billing inquiries from customers with a high level of care and precision.
• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection processes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and client communications.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance accounts receivable efficiency.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
