Job descriptionLeadership Provides leadership to develop a cohesive staff who are engaged and able to deliver the proper hospitality experience and achieve company goals. Role models a high level of initiative and drive. Leads an environment that is professional. Provide strategic leadership and direction in real time to hourly employees to improve performance. Business Building Ensure a high level of hospitality and maintain a guest-first mentality to drive the business forward. Increase Guest counts while developing a loyal Guest base. Make all decisions with the best interest of the guest, the employees and the owners in mind. Focus on long-term results through the delivery of a consistently superior Guest experience. Proficient in the following : Opening and closing procedures Producing accurate monthly inventories Food knowledge Beverage knowledge POS System Open Table Team Building Establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels and remain abreast of any changes which may impact staffing needs. Coach all employees on a daily basis.

1. Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
- At least 3 years of full restaurant management experience
- Experience mentoring hourly FOH staff.
- Ability to drive performance and success.
- Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, OpenTable,).
