Equipment Maintenance Technician (Indianapolis)

Technical Source is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our clients pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Indianapolis. Were looking for a skilled professional who can ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment in a regulated cGMP environment.

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment used to produce life-changing pharmaceutical products. Youll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to minimize downtime, drive operational excellence, and uphold the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and replace components for manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including Maintenance and Calibration Records, in accordance with cGMP standards.
• Inspect equipment regularly for wear, irregularities, and potential failures to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain compliance and improve equipment uptime.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and update the CMMS system accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces in compliance with cGMP housekeeping and safety standards.
