Ratios are 1 : 4 for surgical step down and 1 : 5-6 for lower acuity Shift : NIGHTS 36 HOURS ONLY 13-26 weeks accepted Float Requirement : Will follow unit rotation - not first to float Weekend Requirement : 4 per 4 weeks (flexible)

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS : CABG AVR MVR TAVR Mitral Clip LAAO (Watchman procedure) VATS Carotid endarterectomy FEM-POP bypass Amputations Other vascular surgeries Cardiac surgeries Thoracic surgeries General thoracic surgery Post cath Post DCCV Post electrophysiology procedures Pacemaker placements. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT : Arterial lines (not required) Doppler Bladder scanner EKG Femoral sheaths TR band Fem-stop Chest tubes Epicardial Pacing Wires.
