What you’ll bring to the team :
- Customer service experience
- Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail, and the ability to drive the business.
- Self-motivated with good communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
- Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
- Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.

What you’ll be doing :
- Greet & interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service without exception
- Direct customers safely into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire property including areas such as landscaping, parking lot, bathrooms, tunnel & office
- Perform maintenance to all wash equipment according to company procedures
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to store management
A day in your life might include
- This position requires occasional store transfers for training and other purposes
- Must be willing and able to travel between stores within a 15-mile radius
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective time management
Physically able to work on their feet in all weather conditions
