• What You’ll Do
• Perform high-quality collision repairs and refinishing work to factory standards
• Conduct structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and alignment
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians for smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Continuously improving through training and certification opportunities
• What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years
• of professional auto body repair experience (A-Level proficiency)
• I-CAR or OEM certifications
• preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
