Route and Chemical Sales Representative

Position Summary :

Work to establish and grow a street presence in the Phoenix area focusing on chemical sales, disposable sales, small wares sales, replacement equipment sales, dish machine leases, and ice machine leases. This position includes base salary plus commission.

Essential Functions :

• Establish a territory using direct customer interactions, cold-calling, and site visits to build relationships.
• Manage vehicle inventory and chemical / disposable deliveries.
• Work cross-functionally within Sales to offer full packages to customers including chemicals, disposables, small wares, and equipment.
• Source new sales opportunities by thinking creatively and trying new strategies.
• Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
• Maintain and expand your customer base within your territory while assisting the team in developing strategies for new territories.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to grow sales skills and product knowledge.
• Meet personal and team sales targets and goals.  Quotas will be developed and published.
• Provide backup support to the Showroom as a front desk associate during downtime and potential rotation schedule.
