A company is looking for a Jira & ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Jira / Confluence and ServiceNow ITSM modules

Drive innovation through AI-powered capabilities to enhance service delivery

Collaborate with teams to analyze needs and create new projects and automation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Jira / Confluence and / or ServiceNow admin role

Advanced knowledge of Jira / Confluence and / or ServiceNow setup and administration

Experience with JIRA searches, JQL, reporting, and dashboards

JavaScript programming language experience

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (preferred)
