Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Immediate Care

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Park DuValle and FQHC. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and well-being and will be an integral part of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Assist in the triage of patients and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and exams
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care
• Adhere to all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
