Cardiothoracic Surgical First Assist APP Position - South Palm Beach County, FloridaDo you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!Position Highlights : Seeking an experienced, board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (NPs must hold RNFA certification). Minimum of one year of recent, dedicated experience in cardiothoracic (CVT) surgery required. Must have proven experience in vein harvesting (including endoscopic vein harvesting with Maquet systems) and CV operating room procedures. Employed by a leading health system; work across clinic, operating room, and inpatient service lines. Key Responsibilities : Serve as surgical first assist for cardiothoracic procedures.Perform vein harvesting (including Maquet endoscopic techniques).Conduct pre-operative and post-operative consults and care.Participate in CV / ICU rounding and support clinic activities.Demonstrate strong suturing skills. Practice Environment :

• Join a well-established team of three surgeons and two advanced practitioners.

Schedule & Call : Monday-Friday, start time at 7 : 00 / 7 : 30 am, typically ending around 3 : 00 pm.Call rotation : 1 : 3 weekdays and weeknights.If you know a qualified candidate who may be interested in this opportunity, please reach out for more information.
