Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides leadership and high-quality, compassionate care in the Special Care Nursery. Using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—the RN delivers, delegates, and documents care while supporting and educating patients and families. Communicates effectively with the healthcare team and helps identify and resolve variances in patient progress.
