We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our IVR Replacement program, a multi-year initiative aimed at migrating our current on-premises IVR to the Genesys Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery for IVR migration from Nuance on-prem to Genesys Cloud.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Drive successful implementation using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in cloud migration projects, ideally involving Genesys Cloud and / or Swampfox technologies.Strong background in call center and IVR systems.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environments.Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects.________________________________________
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).Familiarity with Nuance IVR and Genesys Architect.Experience working with regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments.________________________________________
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role : 3 days per week in-office in the Charlotte region.Occasional travel may be required for vendor or stakeholder meetings.Logistics :
