Your Role as a Customer Success Representative as a key member of our team, you’ll :

Engage with Clients : Respond to inbound requests and inquiries about financial products such as Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, and life insurance.

Present Tailored Solutions :

Understand customer needs and deliver customized product presentations via phone or video calls.

Build Relationships :

Develop and nurture long-term connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve Sales Goals :

Meet or exceed sales targets within established timeframes.

Collaborate :

Work closely with team members and other departments to drive success and improve customer outcomes.
