ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative with Scott Manning State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, anticipating the needs of the community members you support, and offering insurance products based on their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Personally produce insurance applications.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must be insurance licensed for Property / Casualty and Life & Health in California, Arizona licensing a plus.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently or be willing to learn.
