Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Job Description : Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Ensuring health, safety, and security procedures are implemented will be the responsibility of the Restaurant Manager.
Working closely with the General Manager our Restaurant Manager will develop administrative skills such as scheduling, budgeting, and profit and loss knowledge.
We require that the Restaurant Manager has strong personal skills that enable an open line of communication between staff and management as well as appear approachable and allow our guests to provide us with immediate feedback.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining a fully staffed restaurant and providing consistently outstanding service to our guests.

Qualifications :
- The Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
- The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager is a must for this position
