Job descriptionOversee three HR administrators whose work includes : Onboarding / employee benefits Employee training and development Handle preliminary employee relations concerns Assist with policy development and implementation Bachelor's degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience) 6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required
Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Worcester, MA seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

- Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing
- Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest
- They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training
