HR Manager

A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources operations with a focus on employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and HR policy interpretation

Manage and administer U.S. and global benefit programs

Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity

Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration

Experience managing Carta or similar equity management platforms

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
