Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with experience in regulated environments such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare. The HR Business Partner will lead and support a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training. Strong knowledge of U.S. and Massachusetts employment law is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with site growth and compliance requirements.Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across operations, quality, and administrative teams.Support employee relations and performance management in a confidential, respectful manner.Ensure compliance with MA and federal employment laws and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, FDA, NRC).Coordinate benefits administration and assist with compensation benchmarking.Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.Provide HR reports and insights to support leadership decision-making.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a regulated or science-based environment.Deep understanding of Massachusetts employment law and federal HR regulations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is a plus.Work Schedule & Conditions
