MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Join our collaborative and creative marketing team at Nxt Property Management in South Jordan, UT, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving awareness and lead generation for our diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. We're looking for a full-time Marketing Associate who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us elevate the visibility and reputation of our communities across Utah and beyond.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a full-time role based in South Jordan, UT, with flexibility for a hybrid in-office / remote schedule (Monday-Friday). You'll be joining an established, high-performing marketing team that values collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. The ideal candidate brings :

• 3+ years of experience working in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-brand environment
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
