Job description
Seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager, this fully remote position will manage the end-to-end execution of marketing programs and campaigns, optimize processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business goals Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows while driving alignment across various teams Track and report on campaign performance and operational KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, or Project Management within a SaaS or software company Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and operational workflows Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management tools and CRM/marketing automation platforms
