As a front desk security professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your responsibilities will focus on managing access control, checking credentials, and assisting with visitor management, all while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and by using technology such as computers or tablets to support daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, as you will address inquiries and provide assistance as needed. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required and you may be responsible for tasks that involve operating a vehicle in accordance with company policy. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
