• Strong knowledge of CICS, CICSPlex, MQ on z / OS
• CICS & MQ Version Upgrades
• Experience working with : CICS Performance Analyzer, SAS, IBM Utilities and diagnostic tools such as Omegamon and Mainview for CICS
• Proficiency in the maintenance of IBM CICS & MQ software
• Skilled at troubleshooting problems in CICS & MQ environment.
• Strong dump analysis skills using IPCS
• Knowledgeable in z / OS CONNECT and WAS.
• Knowledgeable in zOSMF and ZOWE
• Experience in using Xpeditor, Strobe, CICS Explorer, SysView, Abend-Aid, File-Aid, CICS-CTG
• Experience in customizing ISPF Panels, RSU Maintenance, Analyzing and Fixing CICS Abends
• Procedural controls for operation
