Job Description :
Our well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will work with adults to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, psychologists, and educators, to provide coordinated care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advances in the field
Requirements
Requirements :
Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyState licensure in FloridaCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)Bilingual fluency in English and another language (Spanish preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications :
