You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr for the Ocala Operations. Our team is responsible for delivering high?mix, high?volume electronic assemblies, circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electromechanical products.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr you will be responsible for developing and executing manufacturing processes that drive quality, efficiency, and cost?effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement Manufacturing Process Plans for electronic, cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Create tooling, support equipment, and process flows using drafting and software tools.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and troubleshoot assembly performance.
• Apply lean principles to reduce cost and increase yields.
• Investigate root causes of failures and drive corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications :

Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related

discipline from an accredited college, or related

military experience in addition to previously

listed degree options.

bachelors or 2+ years of professional experience

with a Masters

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
