Civil Engineer - Professional Engineer

We are hiring a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to join our Rogers, AR team. This role focuses on civil engineering, site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects . Lead projects from design to completion, mentor junior engineers, and deliver innovative, code-compliant engineering solutions .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and manage civil engineering projects , including site and land development, roads, utilities, and municipal infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards
• Mentor and manage junior engineers
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
