Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by analyzing systems, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other departments to design and implement solutions.
• Conduct testing and validation of new systems or updates to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and system manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure IT projects align with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
