CHi St Alexius is looking for a PRN Nurse Assistant to join the Telemetry team.

In this essential role, you'll work closely with our nursing staff, providing direct, personalized care to patients on your assigned unit. You'll be instrumental in creating a supportive and healing environment, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.

What You'll Do (A Glimpse into Your Role) :

• Direct Patient Care : Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene (bathing, grooming), feeding, ambulation, and positioning.
• Patient Monitoring : Take vital signs, record weights, and meticulously track intake / output, promptly reporting any concerns to the assigned nurse.
• Comfort & Safety : Respond to call lights, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure patient comfort.
• Documentation : Accurately complete all necessary forms, reports, and records.
• Compassionate Support : Foster a healing environment by providing physiological, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
