Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Strategy Director for the Retail & CPG Vertical on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary strategy team

Consult clients on brand, communication, and business strategy while identifying growth opportunities

Translate research and insights into actionable strategies and lead pitches and workshops

Required Qualifications

6-10 years' experience in communication strategy with leadership responsibility

Solid experience in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication; expertise in e-commerce and CRM is a plus

Proven track record of developing effective communication strategies that deliver business outcomes

Excellent strategic storytelling skills and ability to simplify complexity

Fluency in German and English (C1+)
