The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Set up and periodically review the company’s compensation and benefits policies
  • Designs the company’s job evaluation process, job description policy, promotion requirements, etc. To ensure the company’s pay system is matching with the corporate culture and the corporate values
  • Ensure the whole compensation and benefits structure is complied with the regulations and requirements from the U.S. federal and the local governments.
  • Coordinates compensation processes such as the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the company’s payroll · Keep close relationship with headquarters to unsure the local C&B system is following the requirements and expectations
  • Also responsible for the local office’s administrative job

1. Responsible for set up, improve and implement the company's human resources management system.

2. In charge of the operation and management of employee relations in the US. (especially in California, New York, New Jersey and Texas, etc.

cooperate with the hr in headquarters and human resource suppliers to complete the entry and departure of employees.

3. Responsible for set up, improve and implement the company's human resources management system.

4. Formulate and improve the performance appraisal and related management system make sure they are satisfying with the company’s development needs.

Follow up the performance implementation and conduct performance evaluation, analysis and optimization.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoints.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills proactive, attention to details.
  • Excel in a fast-face start-up environment
  • Experience and excel working in a diverse, cross-culture environment with employees of different background
  • Familiar with human resource management laws and regulations in the US.
