Job Summary and Qualifications

The Maintenance Technician is skilled in repair and maintenance of building structures. Job involves proficiency in electrical trouble shooting, diagnosis and repair of facility electrical systems. Job involves skills in several trades, most commonly general repair, painting and carpentry. An employee in this class is responsible for performing task in accordance with standard practices of the building and construction trade.
