Job description

A company is looking for an Account Installation Senior Representative for ID Cards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of ID cards to clients

Coordinate with internal partners and vendors on non-standard ID card requests

Analyze client benefits and make appropriate processing choices

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in a healthcare / insurance company preferred

Technical proficiency with MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required

1+ years of experience with Salesforce and other relevant systems preferred

1+ years of project management experience preferred
