Regional Income Development Executive
Zurich is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support the sales efforts in our Northwest market. This territory includes the state of Oregon and may include parts of Washington and Utah. The ideal candidate will live in the territory. Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry. Our Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through sales related to Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. They will also :
Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
Preferred Qualifications : Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology Dealership training experience Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership Basic knowledge of all F&I products Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims Ability to multi-task

In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The annual variable compensation range, for this role, is between $164,600 to $185,900. As an insurance company, Zurich is subject to 18 U.S. Code 1033.
