We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join us.As a Finance Manager , you will manage assigned clients and their associated financial and strategic management needs, while achieving a high level of client satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA or practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing physician groups.

What you'll do :

• Independently provide strategic management advice and service, including special complex requirements of physician practices
• Gain and maintain a strong working knowledge of client’s business and industry
• Attend and conduct client meetings and engage in direct face-to-face contact with assigned clients on a regular basis
• Work with Zotec Team to deliver client service in a collaborative approach with continuous communication and coordination
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of current industry, payor, and specialty specific trends
• Manage the financial and business matters of assigned clients in accordance with procedures and standards established by Zotec
• Independently manage client’s financial services toward the company objectives of quality service and high client satisfaction; recommend actions to this end
• Provide strategic oversight of client’s financial success through forecasting, financial analysis, payroll and benefits review, contract negotiations, vendor management, etc.
• Work with peers to identify best practice solutions for clients
• Share knowledge and experience to raise service level of practice management team
• Share Zotec initiatives and tools with clients
