Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care / Medical Weight Loss / Peptide Therapy / Hormone Therapy

Advanced Health & Wellness is a growing, patient-centered primary care and wellness clinic in Medford, Oregon, providing a full spectrum of care — including primary care, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy.

We are known for our modern, personalized approach to medicine and strong reputation in the community. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values autonomy, teamwork, and quality patient care.

Position Overview

This position is ideal for a provider who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without excessive administrative burden. You'll have an established patient base, efficient systems, and a supportive team.

Compensation is production-based, allowing you to directly benefit from your patient care efforts — not a flat salary or volume quota.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies.
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with clinical research and advancements in medical practices relevant to patient care.
