Overview

Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner role at Bay State Community Services, Inc. The FIT Family Partner provides family-centered and strength-based support to 4-6 families. The organization emphasizes authentic connection, understanding family needs, and ensuring the team has time and resources to meaningfully support youth and families. BSCS values the lived experience of peer professionals and recognizes the insights of Family Partners, Recovery Coaches, Peer Mentors, and other peer workers.

What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference

• Be part of a dedicated team including Clinicians, Paraprofessionals, and other behavioral health providers
• Provide families with education, support, and resources
• Guide families in focusing on their family's and child's strengths, needs, and goals
• Empower caregivers to navigate child service systems with confidence and clarity
• Identify and connect caregiver(s) to formal and informal community resources
• Collaborate with various youth-serving systems

Compensation and Benefits

Location : Pembroke, MA

Salary : $120,390.40 - $170,456.00
