Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team with a primary focus on Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and other contract management. This role will oversee the intake, review, and execution of NDAs and related agreements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting business teams in managing contract compliance. The ideal candidate will have familiarity working with basic legal contracts, combine strong communication skills with a process-driven mindset, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, routing, and tracking of NDAs through clearance, legal review, approval, and execution.
• Under attorney supervision, review, revise and negotiate NDAs and related contracts.
• Act as a point of contact for business teams, providing guidance, training and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain and promote the use of approved templates and forms, reducing reliance on third-party paper and associated costs.
• Oversee the recordkeeping and reporting of activity to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Serve as a liaison with outside counsel, coordinating workflow and ensuring processes align with business needs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce administrative burden on business teams and enhance efficiency.
