Now Hiring : Advertising Assistant – Decatur, Alabama

Are you creative, organized, and detail-oriented? Join our dynamic marketing and sales team as an Advertising Assistant  in Decatur, AL !

We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting advertising sales, client communications, and campaign coordination.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting account executives with advertising orders and materials
  • Coordinating ad schedules, proofs, and deadlines
  • Communicating with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
  • Helping with creative layouts, promotions, and special projects
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and marketing team

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer and design skills (Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
