Overview

We're looking for a Weeknight On-Call RN 5pm-8am Mon through Thu Full Time

• You'll provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
• You will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient.
• You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team.
• You'll evaluate patient / family needs and care for each patient
• You'll complete admissions and pronouncements
• You'll maintain all assigned patient clinical records
