Job descriptionLead with Vision : Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives productivity and efficiency across multiple locations. Guide each business unit to meet or exceed budgetary and profitability goals, while keeping a sharp eye on cashflow, work execution, and timely payment collection. Hire, train, coach, and develop top talent across the region. Lead your team to achieve success by providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support. Work cross-functionally with other business units to share best practices and resources, driving operational excellence across the organization. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships that will lead to long-term growth. Ensure compliance with safety requirements at all job sites, while making informed, decisive decisions that are in the best interest of the business. MUST HAVE A VALID GC LICENSE! 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving financial success. 5+ years of experience in construction or a related trade with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Experience in residential services or similar businesses is a plus. Solid experience in sales leadership and proficiency in profit and loss statements. Able to clearly present financial and operational data to senior leaders. Skilled in managing, motivating, and developing teams. Proven ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback. Experience in developing strategic plans that drive business growth and optimize operational productivity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from employees to senior leadership.
