  • Cardinal Roofing (a Northpoint Roofing Systems Company) Job Title : Regional General Manager Location : 1034 Commerce Blvd, Pelham, AL 35124 (Oversees GA, TN & AL locations) Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving growth and optimizing performance?
  • Join our team as the Director of Operations and make a significant impact We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee business operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the success of our growing locations.
  • As the Director of Operations , you'll be at the helm of operations, managing strategic plans, driving profitability, and building relationships with stakeholders, all while fostering a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead with Vision : Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives productivity and efficiency across multiple locations.

    • Maximize Profitability :

  • Guide each business unit to meet or exceed budgetary and profitability goals, while keeping a sharp eye on cashflow, work execution, and timely payment collection.

    • Build High-Performing Teams :

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop top talent across the region.
  • Lead your team to achieve success by providing ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support.

    • Collaborate for Success :

  • Work cross-functionally with other business units to share best practices and resources, driving operational excellence across the organization.

    • Drive Growth :

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships that will lead to long-term growth.

    • Lead with Integrity :

  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements at all job sites, while making informed, decisive decisions that are in the best interest of the business.

    • What You Need :

  • MUST HAVE A VALID GC LICENSE!

    • Experience :

  • 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving financial success.

    • Industry Knowledge :

  • 5+ years of experience in construction or a related trade with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
  • Experience in residential services or similar businesses is a plus.

    • Sales & Financial Acumen :

  • Solid experience in sales leadership and proficiency in profit and loss statements.
  • Able to clearly present financial and operational data to senior leaders.

    • Leadership Excellence :

  • Skilled in managing, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to assess performance and provide actionable feedback.

    • Strategic Vision :

  • Experience in developing strategic plans that drive business growth and optimize operational productivity.

    • Strong Communication :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from employees to senior leadership.
