Our company is seeking a dynamic and analytical Invoicing Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to contribute significantly to the financial success of our business by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing processes. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, a strong understanding of master data, and the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities :

As an Invoicing Analyst, your primary responsibilities will involve :

1. Managing and maintaining master data to ensure accurate and timely billing.

2. Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in customer invoices.

3. Developing and implementing strategies to streamline and enhance invoicing processes.

4. Leveraging advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and financial reports.

5. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure invoicing accuracy.

6. Conducting regular audits of billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

7. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer invoicing inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Invoicing Analyst role will possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an invoicing, billing, or financial analyst role within the Manufacturing industry.

2. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and analyzing master data.

3. Proven ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

4. Exceptional skills in Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and financial reports.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large sets of data and derive meaningful insights.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex billing issues.

7. Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.

8. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
