Family Nurse Practitioner - Draper, UT

Job Type : Full-time

Shifts : Monday 8 AM -Thursday 5 : 00 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best-practice guidelines
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
Prescribe medications and perform procedures within the scope of practice
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management
Integrate nutraceuticals as part of a holistic care plan when appropriate
Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications :

Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)

Minimum of 1 year NP experience is required

Knowledge of or willingness to learn about nutraceuticals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
