Job descriptionSolicit and review subcontractor bids, perform quantity take-offs, and ensure complete scope coverage. For Senior Estimator : serve as the lead on assigned projects, with familiarity across most or all CSI divisions. Collaborate with the Director of Preconstruction, Chief Estimator, and estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive proposals. 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial and / or multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of CSI divisions; ability to lead projects (Senior Estimator) or manage multiple trades (Estimator). Proficient in estimating software and Excel, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Team-oriented and client-facing, with strong communication skills. 15-20 days of PTO 9-12 company holidays 75%-100% Medical Benefits 401k Plan with company match Car allowance / company vehicle cell phone and laptop provided Referral bonus End of year bonus Life insurance policy Generous maternity & paternity leave
