Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Façade Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, multi-family, industrial, and high-end residential façade projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glass, and metal panel systems, with the ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and vendor quotes to deliver precise cost proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis for façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glass, metal panels, etc.)
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and value engineering options
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during pre-construction phases
• Track market pricing, material costs, and industry trends to maintain competitive estimates
• Assist with risk analysis and develop strategies to ensure accurate and profitable bids
