Parx Home Healthcare is seeking a friendly and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our agency to ensure clients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical operations of the agency
- Ensure the agency is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies regarding patient care
- Manage a team of nurses and caregivers
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Participate in the agency's quality improvement program
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure the best possible care for clients
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- At least 3 years of experience in home health care
- Prior experience in a managerial / supervisory role
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health care industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
