That's why our team is looking to add a Manager in Facility Operations.

As a Facility Operations manager, you will be accountable for the oversight of corporate infrastructure related projects and supporting facility management and operations at our North Dallas location.

The ideal candidate should :

• Possess the skill to not only prioritize multiple tasks concurrently but do so with a high degree of efficiency
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves both working independently and collaborating with others
• Possess written and oral communication, presentation, influencing, and storytelling skills
• Understand local codes, OSHA, EPA, NFPA guidelines
• Read and understand construction drawings and MEP submittals
• Be knowledgeable on UPS, Generator, CRAC, Chiller, RTU HVAC operations function and best practice maintenance programs
• Be knowledgeable in sustainability programs that support emission reduction targets and stays ahead of industry trends / best practices

Plano, TX : $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Workplace Services Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
