Automotive Dealership Coster / Biller
We are currently seeking a motivated, detailed and highly organized individual to join our team. If you have a genuine desire to succeed, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Costing New and Used Car Deals
- Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
- Process Sales Staff Commissions for Payroll
- Process Vehicle Titles Accurately and Efficiently
- Manage Titling Paperwork in Compliance with State Regulations
- Track / Follow up on Missing Titles
- Process Rebates / Incentives / Dealership Discounts
- Submitting Customer Payoff's
- Purchase Vehicles into Inventory
- Reconcile Schedules
- Issue / Disburse Checks
